2021 Municipal Budget

NOTICE TO RESIDENTS Please be advised that the Township of Terrace Bay’s 2021 Municipal Budget will be passed at the Council Meeting being held on Tuesday, April 6th at 6:30pm.  All Residents are welcome to attend our Council Meetings via ZOOM

Residents Notice – Hays Lake Dam Outflow Increase

Please be advised that there will be an increase in flow at the Hays Lake Dam from 0 to approximately 30cms this weekend on Sunday, March 21, 2021.  Crews will travel to site and open the dam on Sunday morning.  This is to support an outage to perform some electrical work at the Aguasabon GS.  The dam is expected to be open until mid-week when one of the two units can come back into service and then, at that time, the dam will be closed.    Stay clear, stay safe!

Terrace Bay Special Council Budget Meeting – March 5, 2021

Due to the Ontario COVID-19 Restrictions, all Council Meetings will be held through ZOOM Video Conferencing until further notice.
The Terrace Bay Special Council Budget Meeting will be held on Friday, March 5, 2021 at 9:15am. The public is invited to attend this meeting virtually through ZOOM video conferencing.

Terrace Bay Municipal Services Update – GREY Zone

The Terrace Bay Municipal Office will remain OPEN from Monday to Friday - 10:00am to 8:00pm and Saturday - 10:00am to 4:00pm for front counter service only through this next provincial order/stage. These hours have been reduced in accordance with Provincial Regulations.  All current COVID-19 restrictions and protocols remain in place and will be strictly enforced. A mask must be worn at all times while inside the Community Centre.  All patrons will be asked to fill out a screening form.  Anyone showing signs or symptoms associated with COVID-19 are asked to not enter the building.  READ MORE
