With Halloween fast approaching, TBDHU is providing everyone with recommendations to celebrate safely. Halloween traditions, including trick-or-treating, are important activities for mental and social well being, but it is important to take extra precautions if you choose to participate. Staying outside is recommended. Outdoor activities are generally safer and considered low risk. However, even outdoors, you must proceed with caution and take steps to lower the risk.  Check out the TBDHU website for the Halloween Guidelines    Stay Safe, and enjoy the evening!
