Terrace Bay Public Works Surplus Goods For Sale

The Municipality of Terrace Bay is offering the following equipment/items for sale.

  • 2016 Chevrolet Silverado: VIN#1GCVKNEC9GZ36986
  • Westeel 2294 Litre Fuel Tank
  • 3-Axle Equipment Trailer: year unknown, manufacturer unknown

The equipment is being sold on an “As Is, Where Is” basis. Highest or any bid not necessarily accepted.

RFQ – Snow Removal Assistance Program 2024/25 season

We are requesting quotations for the Municipality's Snow Removal Assistance Program for the 2024/2025 season. (November 1, 2024, to May, 1 2025) If you are interested in providing this service, please send your quotation outlining the cost per driveway, per occasion, no later than Friday, October 4, 2024, at 4:00 p.m.

The Terrace Bay Community Centre Office will be Closed today, August 12 from noon to 1pm.

Local Road Closure

Scheduled for: Tuesday July 23
There will be a road closure on Hudson Drive between Laurier and Selkirk Tuesday July 23rd.
It will be open to local traffic only and is expected to be just for the day.

Terrace Bay Action Centre – Now Open!

Terrace Bay Action Centre is NOW OPEN!
As part of the response to the idling of AV Terrace Bay, the Township of Terrace Bay in coordination with the Ontario Ministry of Labour, Immigration, Training, Skills and Development has opened the Terrace Bay Action Centre. The purpose of the Action Centre is to help displaced workers in the community and surrounding area to find employment through means of providing resources for resume building, interview prep, skill building workshops, hosting certification courses as well as connecting potential candidates with employers. The Action Centre will be open to all members of the public.
We are Located in the Terrace Bay Community Centre - Conference room and our hours are Monday - Friday 9:00 am to 4:30 pm!
