RFP Terrace Bay Website

The Corporation of the Township of Terrace Bay (Township of Terrace Bay) requires a firm or individual to complete the development and modernization of our envisioned Township (Community) Website. The website (www.terracebay.ca) functions as a community website, serving as a central hub for residents and businesses to access important information, engage with local initiatives and foster a sense of belonging and connectivity within the community.

A new Visit Terrace Bay website (www.visitterracebay.ca) was launched in January 2024. It’s specifically catered to visitors and tourists by highlighting our local businesses and events. Therefore these sections are expected to be removed from the Community Website (www.terracebay.ca) and directed to the Tourism Website (www.visitterracebay.ca).

Welcome to Terrace Bay – Dr. Sarah Peters

The North Shore Family Health Team in collaboration with The North of Superior Healthcare Group are pleased to announce the signing of Dr. Sarah Peters. Dr. Peters has been a long-time locum physician for our communities and we are ecstatic that she has chosen to bring her wealth of knowledge, experience and enthusiasm to our team at the Aguasabon Medical Clinic in Terrace Bay in a part – time capacity this spring. We hope that the community of Terrace bay will join us in providing a very warm welcome to our new local physician.
• Dr. Lindsay McLeod and North Shore Family Health Team
“After a decade of coming to Terrace Bay and Schreiber as a locum physician, I’m pleased to be officially joining the NOSH group in a part-time role. Over the years, I’ve built relationships with patients and the community. It felt like a good time to commit. I am an addicted cross-country skier and outdoor enthusiast. I enjoy running the many trails around town and along the Casque Isle trail. Over the last two summers my family and I have also started exploring the Lake Superior coast in our big red canoe! NOSH is the perfect place to work hard and then be minutes away from an after hours run, ski or fishing trip. Plus, I’m looking forward to gardening in the new town garden boxes!! Go Terrace Bay!”
