The Boil Water advisory will be lifted as soon as results ensuring water quality are received. Please be advised that there will be an increase in flow at the Hays Lake Dam from 105cms to ~200cms either today or tomorrow (May 9 or 10, 2023). Inflows into the lake are picking up and we are expecting them to stay high during this period of warm weather. Stay Safe, Stay Clear!

This is a reminder that in accordance with Bylaw No. 16-2012, a Bylaw to Prohibit the Feeding of Wildlife within the Corporate limits of The Township of Terrace Bay. Reminder to empty and/or remove your bird feeders between May 1 to October 31, as the bird feed is a known attractant to the bears.
Use of the landfill site will be free of charge from May 13 to May 20, 2023, closed May 16 & 18 inclusive for residential properties only of the Township of Terrace Bay.
